turnaround update

I’m closed Dec 24th - Jan 6th, any orders that I can’t complete before the 23rd will be printed/ scanned from the 6th January.

If you urgently need anything done sooner than that, I might be able to do it, but it would need to be a large order to make it worth my while. It’s always worth an ask, so drop me an email with “urgent order” in the subject line.

Normal turnaround

Prints: 1-3 working days (prints larger than 24” on the short edge may take several days more, best to check with me). Same day printing might be possible on request.

Scanning: 2-4 working days for basic scans, 3-7 working days for optimised scans (transparencies may take longer, best to email me if you want to book in transparency scans including negatives and slides). Same day basic scanning may be possible on request.

Note that I rarely run the printers on weekends or Mondays, and not always on a Friday, so orders that come in later in the week may have a longer turnaround compared to earlier in the week.
